Looking for ORM Specialist to wash a page 1 result

Hi there,
A friend of mine is a real estate agent and is having trouble listing some of his apartments due to 1 negative result on the first position. I've began by
1. Setting up an EMD domain which is dancing from page 1 and 2.
2. Setting up a dozen or more social profiles
3. Creating 25 web 2.0 blogs with content

I don't have the time to commit to too much work for him. There are several pages of content on page 1 already that we don't mind pushing up such general listing and directory sites. We just want the negative result to sit on page 2 at least.

I'm going to look at a few proposals and decide what I want to do this week, but I figured I would post here as well. Please reply here as I'm sure others are looking for similar services!

There are a lot of people who do ORM, but I doubt anyone is going to want to post a proposal like that on a public forum. I'm happy to discuss and take a look at the specifics and give you a quote based on that. If nothing else you'll have a number to compare to the other proposals.

Sounds good. I think I was trying to get some vendors to post in the event someone else needed services. I had a difficult time searching the marketplace.
