Looking for onlyfans menagement (i am 20 yo. ffemale model)

Hi, I am working on onlyfans for a year now. I was already on top 1% etc. but i find my "menagement" deal totally not worth for me (less than 20% of money made was for me...).
I am not looking for chatter or virtual assistant. I am looking for someone that will do/have a team to do full menagement for my account (getting subs, chatting etc.)
I am not willing to pay any upfront money, i am strictly working only on % of money deals.
