I'm looking for a freelancer/agency that will be able, and willing, to take care of link building in one or more of these markets: Sweden, Norway, Finland.
This is for a long term working relationship for a stable and reliable company.
We need people that actually speak the local language, so please don't answer saying you'll use Google translate.

I'd also appreciate any tips for methods for finding local SEO freelancers in Nordic markets. So far oDesk and Elance didn't bring good results.
