As a provider of content writing services for 10-plus years, I boldly tell you not to use Fiverr.
I am telling you this not because I want you to use my service because whether I provide content writing services or not, I won't really recommend you to use Fiverr.
Common sense. A doctor who knows that his caliber is worth nothing less than $100.00 will never charge $5.00 an hour. A vast majority of writers will only charge a rate that they think is worthy of their time.
So, if a writer charges $5 per 500-word article, his caliber for a 500-word article is only worth $5.00.
Nowadays, people have various definitions for the word "quality". Don't be shocked when the write-up of a mongoloid is seen as a quality content by some folks.

Well fiver is quite saturated with non native English speaking people that claim the best quality service, but 5$ per 500 is what almost every decent article writer charges no ?

True.
Not true at a certain degree. You'll get a "decent" writer at that rate if you're going to give him a bulk and continuous order. But if it's just a one-time or a seasonal order, that decent writer would rather sleep than write at that potato rate.
