you have to make an account to accept credit card and as you are german and paypal is available in your country you should be able to create a business account and accept payments

You can, I use paypal express checkout and my customers can checkout as guests without a paypal account and pay with their credit card instead
where your paypal account from ? is it us or Eourpe ??

If you are a mainstream type business have a look at 2checkout.
it works , what the reason makes stripe and 2checkout work and the other ( like selz ) dont work !!
I use german account in all sites and card banks said it should be us merchant account !!!!
