Looking for long-term ISP proxies with payment for traffic

I need a lot of ISP ip's. Buying dedicated ports will be expensive for my purpose, so I'm looking for options where I can get ISP proxies that will have the same ip for more than 24 hours and pay for the traffic.

Can you recommend a proxy provider that offers such proxies?

I haven't heard of a service that provides this and if they did, the ISP proxies would likely be blacklisted pretty quick

Which location IPs are you looking for?
 
Does each IP only need to be used for 24 hours with traffic-based billing? There appear to be some shared short-term ISP plans that might suit your needs - perhaps worth trying?

If you're looking for high quality IPs on a budget then mobile proxies could be good option. Any decent mobile proxy provider should be able to provide you with a proxy that has a sticky IP for at least 24 hours. Once you're done with the IP you can then trigger a rotation and get a fresh IP on the same proxy with no need for a new proxy. This will likely work out much cheaper than buying dedicated ports whilst meeting your requirements.

Check out some providers on the Proxies For Sale section of the BHW marketplace - you should be able to find some in the geo you need that fit this criteria.

There are setups on BHW offering ISP or mobile proxies with stable IPs held for 24h+ and billed based on traffic, not ports.Some mobile pools behave like residential/ISP with clean ASN tagging and strong session stability, especially useful if you want more control over cost without losing performance.If you're still comparing, I can point you toward a few threads that match your spec.
 
Buy a server with option for static route via ISP ASN, lease either ipv4 or ipv6 and you will have cheap static ISP proxies.
 
That combo (ISP + same IP >24h + pay per traffic) is kinda rare, but not impossible. I think Most providers push you toward paying per IP for true static ISP.
You can look at Decodo (Smartproxy) or Litport, they’re closer to what you’re describing, especially if you’re okay with shared ISP pools and sticky sessions. Just don’t expect full “dedicated” behavior at traffic-based pricing.
