Looking for long term cinematic video editor

I am looking for a Video Editor to create immersive, cinematic first-person POV videos, each 4-6 minutes long. The role involves editing AI-generated visuals and voiceover to deliver a cohesive and emotionally-driven experience.

Your mission would be to:

• Sync AI-generated clips with voiceover, adjusting timing to match emotional cadence.
• Apply motion design to static visuals (e.g., subtle zooms, 2.5D parallax effects, slow pans).
• Integrate color grading to enhance the mood of each scene and maintain visual consistency.
• Use cinematic transitions and effects (cross-dissolves, jump cuts) to smooth emotional shifts.
• Edit for emotional impact, using visual techniques to underscore key narrative moments (e.g., desaturation, focus pulls, slight camera shake).
• Organize background music (provided) to create a dramatic effect and follow the narrative arc.
• Add SFX (and silences if necessary to maintain cadence).
• Use style changes to emphasize emotional moments, evolve the style between chapters (I could help with suggestions and a moodboard will be provided)

Optional: The perfect applicant for this job would have prior experience in editing short movies or a passion for cinematic direction.

• Workload: 4-8 videos per month (with potential for more if the rate is engaging, I could use your services for my other channel, doubling the workload).
