Indexing speed is a lot of things to consider. From the quality of the sites you're requesting to be indexed, to how you're requesting them to be indexed, there are many things to consider.
But more important than anything else is "how much and how often do I need to index?". If you need to get a small amount of links indexed, Reddit is the way to go
