Well not that used.
Used meaning with kimisufi is like if your IP is blacklisted then dont care they will just assign it to you

Stay AWAY from Hetnzer. They will ask for your drivers license. And even when you send them a message to cancel, they will STILL bill you for an extra month. They will send your info to a debt collection agency and they will keep harassing you with phone calls to pay, even though you already cancelled your service. They won't let you know until months later about it.
