I am looking to purchase a dedicated server with a constant speed of 900-1000mbps download and upload speed guaranteed. Server needs to be located in the USA and would like it to be located in Dallas TX. Needs to have at least 8gbs of ram and a pretty good CPU. Any help is appreciated

You can have a VPS (Cloud Solution) for this one. I have tried PowerUpHosting Once and have pretty good dn/up speed. Give them a try...

It is very difficult to find inexpensive dedicated server with the specification you have mentioned. However, if you can manage your server then unmanaged dedicated servers will be good choice for you. Since unmanaged dedicated server are comparatively cheaper then managed dedicated server.

There are quite a few budget dedicated server providers out there.

BudgetVM
ColoCrossing
Joes Datacenter
etc.

As many others suggested, checkout the marketplace either here or on WHT. You will find a ton of providers offering very cost effective dedicated server solutions all over the world.

For inexpensive servers, hardly anyone can beat Hetzner (most are in Germany though, and adult not allowed) or Server4you.

Hetzner will even remove the VAT if you are outside of EU, so the prices are usually even lower than those listed. Check out their server auctions for an, IMHO, unbeatable price.

Try a company that has good feedback, stay clear of HostGator, I have had many bad experiences. Have you tried ColoCrossing?

Kimisufi are not that great. They give used IPs so if the IP is not clean then.... >>
and they dont offer extra IPs.
