Looking for huge US teen traffic

I'm looking to partner with someone who owns a massive and highly targeted US traffic ideally in the age group of 13 to 24, I'm looking at the American high school kid/college/university students niche. It can be a website, Facebook group/page, network etc. Just to explain about my business model. I run a social networking live-streaming app and our target audience is American students. We have a targeted launch date by next month during the Spring break so we are targeting high school and college kids in America. I've been trying to grow our FB page organically but without much success. Our FB page is at almost 6k likes now and we're trying to grow this page to 100k by the end of this month. Therefore, I am looking to partner with anyone who has massive US traffic with a very young demographic age group to help me blast out my page to your database via EDM or send an announcement out to like our page.

I'm really not sure what I can provide you in return. I am thinking ad space on our app during our launch since we're targeting 50k active user downloads and half a million active user downloads within the first 3 months as we have a very strong marketing budget for this, but this can't be utilized until we get our CMO onboard. Or, a wide range of marketing and analytics tools for your business needs like Scrapebox, SEOClerks, SimilarWeb, Typeform, App Annie, AppSalar etc you get the idea? We have premium/enterprise subscription with almost any of these out in the market. Just tell me a particular spy tool/marketing analytics you need and I'll be more than happy to get it for you. Or I have a team of designers and developers, I myself am a programmer as well so happy to do any web development/maintenance work for your site but I doubt you need this since you probably have your own team.

If you have any ideas, just feel free to propose.

In short, my FB page is at almost 6k likes now and we want to get up to 100k USA likes by end of this month. If you can help me achieve my goal, I'd do everything I can within my ability for you.
