Honestly, create a post that asks your audience to engage with your ad for a reward. Then run ads
The $$$ you would spend on comments, try it on ads, and see for yourself which is more valuable.

I spend like 30 cents on 10 comments, i doubt that budget could run any ads the problem is that the service is 40% time broken and delivers next day.
Rly bad quality here, have not seen anything reliable sadly

Real? Huh, that bites. Might it be worth considering having one custom made instead for TikTok? Though, I can't imagine that'd be cheap.
