Honestly, create a post that asks your audience to engage with your ad for a reward. Then run ads

The $$$ you would spend on comments, try it on ads, and see for yourself which is more valuable.

For SMMs, best to check around the Marketplace section. Oddly enough for TikTok, I don't really see any name in particular get handed around not like for Twitter or IG. Check out the seller posts there for details.

I spend like 30 cents on 10 comments, i doubt that budget could run any ads the problem is that the service is 40% time broken and delivers next day.

Real? Huh, that bites. Might it be worth considering having one custom made instead for TikTok? Though, I can't imagine that'd be cheap.
