Looking for High risk payment processor (with recurring payments)

Hi all. I'm looking for payment solution that works with high risk business such as sweepstakes and also can tokenise CC. I have a less risky business. We are willing to give great amount of traffic. Looking for long term partners in different countries.

The essence of the business model is subscriptions to a weight loss program. The user gets access to a personal account and content by subscription. Chargeback rate is currently less than 1.5%. The monthly volume that we are ready to give, if the cooperation is successful, is about 250-300k dollars. Jurisdiction of our companies is from the UK (LTD), Kazakhstan (TOO), also we have other countries.

I needed the same thing. Have you found a solution to your problem?
 
Something doesnt sound right. With an UK LTD you can go to all the payment processors anyway. Why would you ask here in BHW. With that kind of profit, go visit 10x lawyers in your home country (Kazakhstan) and find the one who has a connection in a bank and you're good to go.

I just recently established a German GmbH and went straight to a random payment processor and have no issues whatsoever processing subscriptions for weight loss program. With $3 million yearly turnover - just buy a German or Swiss company and do business, what is your question. So, I doubt your numbers.

Sorry my bad. In your case, it would be better if you setup a white hat business and use regular payment gateways and then sell recharge codes on your whitehat websites that can be redeem on your BH website.

This does not solve the problem of a very high percentage of chargebacks. No matter if you hide what you are selling through a legal website, the customer still charges back.
