I'm acquiring a couple hundred domains with a lot of SEO behind them. What is the most effective way to redirect the domains to a property while maintaining most of the trustflow?

I'm not interested in re-hosting the websites. I just want to take their backlinks and have them count as mine. Is anyone familiar with large scale redirects? Let me know. I would also appreciate getting on a call with someone about this if you have time.

This will never work. First of all, no matter how black hat your niche is, redirecting hundreds of domains to a single target is like opening a can with a shotgun. It might work, but there will be quite some collateral. Second, unless these domains are good, like 100 - 200+ RD good, then I wouldn't even bother. Low end domains can barely be "felt" in regards to serp results. And third, redirects take weeks and months to take effect nowadays. And even then, you have to register the site, host the site, build the site, put content on it, let it age for a few weeks or months and then redirect them. Redirecting stuff from registrar level will make you disappointed.
