you can code one yourself.. I don't think there is any such tools around which does this..
Do you mean check a website for a particular keyword and add it to a list? If so then I made myself one (was pretty basic, but quick), I could edit it a little bit and give it to you if you need it that bad.
They do exist, at lease in China.
