Looking for great SEO tools

Are there any SEO tools doing the following things at the same time?

1. automatically click specified website for specified keywords
2. automatically change IP

Do you mean check a website for a particular keyword and add it to a list? If so then I made myself one (was pretty basic, but quick), I could edit it a little bit and give it to you if you need it that bad.
