Looking for graphic designer for teespring campaigns

So I currently run a twitter page with 130k followers that averages around 1 million impressions a month. That's off tweeting the bare minimum so I have a steady stream of growth.

I'm looking for a graphic designer to help design teeshirts that we can then run teespring campaigns with targeted towards my twitter audience.

My page has the potential to go viral. With the right headline and picture I've been able to achieve 250k impressions off one tweet over 24 hours. I also have a spin to put on the teespring campaigns. My page's theme is military appreciation/patriotic/conservative. If we market that a portion of the profits will go towards helping veterans/charitable organizations and then design teeshirts that reflect that, I really believe that my audience would be more than willing to buy knowing that they're helping people they're already passionate about.

I'd ideally like profits to be split 50/50 but am willing to work specifics out later. I'm eager to partner up and monetize and brand my page asap so please contact me if you're interested!
