I am looking for a bot for Google.

The Google URL Submit bot

google[dot]com/webmasters/tools/submit-url

1) should support 2captcha.com
2) should support Proxies
3) should support add multiple URL's

Submit one by one URL with IP rotation and 2captcha.com solving.

It does exactly what you want, supports 2captcha and proxies as well. The only thing is that it does not submit to that particular url. There's another place to index links in the same fashion. It's here: https://search.google.com/search-console/mobile-friendly
