I have some good traffic to sell, so far my experience spans (in order of preference) Galaksion, Adsterra, Propeller, Adreactor, Mgid, Optiads, Infolinks. This is not Adsense type traffic.. I understand lately advertisers probably cutting costs due to pandemic, but i am seeing just under $4 CPM for USA at Galaksion, and am looking for more. I have good amount of USA traffic, a lot of EU. Galaksion had some kind of glitch a few days ago, gave me 150% more USA traffic for 2 days, at first I thought it was all legit, now I noticed it was too much... In any case, they looked at it and did something to their selection or whatever process, and now fillrate on main popup is 60-70% of what it used to be before the glitch. I am a fair person, so I am waiting a few days to kinda "give back" what was awarded to me for no reason, but after 3 days fillrate hasn't improved, and so I am looking to move this popup elsewhere..
Can you please recommend other hot/dependable networks with good CPM for popups (via js-tags or manual direct links). I am also interested in on-page-push. I'll even use your referral code if the place is worth it... Is it a thing, BTW? do people do it? use each other's referral codes and help each other thru that? I am quite new to this community.
