Looking for geo-targeted CDBay and Bandcamp purchases

I'm a music-specific reseller and I was asked about making thousands of purchases of a specific song from a specific country on CDBay and Bandcamp.
Anyone here have experience?

I'm also looking for iTunes account from Italy, Germany, France, Netherlands, Mexico, and Japan for $1 an account, a couple dozen accounts of each country.
