Mee too looking for a fast and reliable Web hosting.....
There are several options.
1. You could get a cheap vps, which would be likely much faster than a shared hosting account. The downside is you would be self hosting.
2. You could host on amazon ec2, which is superfast. Then though, you're still self hosting.
3. You could go with any shared hosting (such as hostgator's cheap packages), and maximize speed by using a cloud cdn (such as amazon ec2 combined with cloudfront).
4. Also, any good hosting company (hostwinds, hostgator, etc will help you maximize the speed of your site if you talk with their support staff about it. (There are a lot of little things you can do minimize the loading time of your site, and they'll help you if they're remotely competent.)

My requirements are:
- I can host at least 3 domains on single account
- I need about 1GB of disk space
- 10GB Bandwidth
- Wordpress compatible
I'm looking for shared hosting or VPS.
Currently I'm on Pacifichost, which I think is a bit slow compared to others.

Why do you think this is a hosting problem?
You say _one_ of your sites became slow, you could have a corrupted database, hacked files, etc., etc.
I suggest you check your site before changing hosts.

This is my third hosting co this year...maybe my tenth hosting company since the year 2000 and this is the only one I have ever actually liked or recommended to someone else.
I have 50 or so autoblogs slamming content onto his level 6 vps and the thing rocks.
The guy that owns it provides top notch support and has even helped me with shit completely unrelated to my hosting account. he has also hooked me up with other people that host with him to get services they offer..
For the price and level of service your wasting your hard earned $ going anywhere else..
I don't get any kind of a discount I am just so happy I finally found a web host I actually like I tell people about them on my signature and everywhere else possible.
