Looking for FACEBOOK AUTO POSTER that does not require an app

Hi guys

I was using an auto poster to post to FB groups for the last year successfully on one profile. FB has no banned me for life from creating new apps.
I have two more aged profiles so I thought no problem Ill just move over to the next one and create an app to continue. Well somehow FB has banned me from creating apps across all three profiles.
SO I need an Auto Poster that does not require a FB app and works well.
If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it as this manual posting is killing my life.
