There are so many FB ad courses out there, ranging from anywhere free to $4000 (for some guru course). Facebook Ad IQ Academy, Facebook Master Class(iStack), Facebook Ads Mastery (Jonathan Dane), Dan Henry 30 Day agency (focus not on FB ads but covers a lot)... the list goes on.

just make sure they are mediabuyers itself, check their screens. A lot of them just selling theory
