Looking for escrow service

I intend to start business with some partners in Europe. They afford jobs for workers from north africa and i sell thé contracts to job seekers.
The problem is that we need garantee, i worry when i give thé contract to thé job seekers hé won't pay me, and if hé pays me in d'avance hé worry if i don't give him a contract.
The price of thé contract is 2000 euros so i need an escrow service to make thé transaction secure.
Any suggestions ?

But before signing a contract read the documents clearly and before you start a project upload PDF file so no one can change file once project gets started.

Thanks for the idea.
The business is à partnership Between me and partners in Europe.
They find job contracts and i find job seekers. Then we sell them job contracts for 2000 euros each contract.
So i get 1000 euros and m'y partner gets 1000 euros.
So the issue will be Between me and thé job seekers.
There is a risk if i give the job seekers thé contract first he can go away without paying me.
If i ask him to pay me first hé has a doubt that i can scam him.
That's why i think about escrow service

Be VERY careful of whom you´re doing business with, there are a huge amount of job scams just like this in Europe run by criminals.

Thank you very much for your advice.
I think there is no problem if they are réal job contracts.
Job seeker will pay me 2000 euros and i give him thé contract.
When thé client déposits thé contract in thé embassy and gets visa i will pay m'y partner 1000 euros. If not i return thé 2000 euros to thé job seeker.

The problem is not about the contract or the visas, when they show up here in Europe, the jobs are either not real or the jobs are much less pay than they promised. This is a huge problems in most countries here where criminals using the systems.
