It doesn't matter if they have asia servers or not. The point is:
Hostinger is not offshore and is managed by EIG Group which is their Company behind it, and they are in US, they must obey to any order of DMCA, or their company can be sued or closed, in extreme case can go to court.
EIG Company which manage Hostinger and many many others hosting companies, doesn't want to lose money, they want your money. They don't care about you, so if they can avoid be in the court or paying any fee damage, they will certainly do it.
Like I said before make your own research, you don't know nothing. You are just one guy who believes in "Sales Marketing" like "Hey, do you ignore dmca" they answer "Yes sure!"

Ohh let me tell you, even if they have servers in Asia, Pakistan, Iraq doesn't mean nothing, Company can agree to be DMCA-Friendly and accept abuses reports even if they are outside US or not.
