Looking for DMCA ignored hosting With Good support

Don't tell shit, Hostinger is a company of US, no one company in US will ignore DMCA, since DMCA is a USA law.

When I see people saying sh*t like this, pisses me off. Make you research first, if you don't know don't write things that can make OP going waste money.
Hostinger doesn't are even offshore lol.

@OP here is

alexhost.com
2x4.ru
privatelayer.com
webcare360.com
abelohost
novogara

There are many more! All of them ignore DMCA (but always read their TOS or AUP).

Looool, If you don't know hostinger has servers in asia too, hostinger.in allows dmca content and yeah hostinger.com too just need to choose server if you didn't know about this then, God I am laughing my a** off.

Just ask hostinger support, lol.

I didn't had to research, I asked them directly lol.

Research my a**.

It doesn't matter if they have asia servers or not. The point is: Hostinger is not offshore and is managed by EIG Group which is their Company behind it, and they are in US, they must obey to any order of DMCA, or their company can be sued or closed, in extreme case can go to court.

EIG Company which manage Hostinger and many many others hosting companies, doesn't want to lose money, they want your money. They don't care about you, so if they can avoid be in the court or paying any fee damage, they will certainly do it.

Like I said before make your own research, you don't know nothing. You are just one guy who believes in "Sales Marketing" like "Hey, do you ignore dmca" they answer "Yes sure!"

You believe in that, without verifying... look your research should start from here (I did the research for you, since you don't know how to do it):
Infringes on the intellectual property rights of another User or any other person or entity;
Hostinger supports the protection of intellectual property. If you would like to submit (i) a trademark claim for violation of a mark on which you hold a valid, registered trademark or service mark, or (ii) a copyright claim for material on which you hold a bona fide copyright, please refer to Hostinger’s Trademark and/or Copyright Infringement Policy referenced above and available

I did this research within 5 minutes, and you are unable to find this!?

Ohh let me tell you, even if they have servers in Asia, Pakistan, Iraq doesn't mean nothing, Company can agree to be DMCA-Friendly and accept abuses reports even if they are outside US or not.
Now, go buy your asian servers, feds will laugh hard in their office, looking a fool fish buying his Asian Servers at Hostinger, what a trap! ;)

Seems like your research it was so poorly done, or apparently you didn't even go to the official website!
See? You are mislead, the owner of thread!

Believe it or not, I am hosting all my movie and other sites on hostinger from years with dmca complaints everyday, not a single issue yet.

Also it does matter where are your servers located, are you from IT or technical field or just some noob showing me the policies and saying poorly done research and all.

I told OP to contact support and know the reality.

Sales and Marketing team of top hosting company are not so dumb to say things which contradict their own policies.

Btw whatever they say, you get a mail copy. Its not like they will blame on us and all. Fella, you gotta be kidding me. Just improve your research. Loool

For DMCA ignored, I would highly recommend Buyvm - they even have crypto payments.
They are out of stock most of the time in Luxembourg, but you can check on 1st and 7th when the cancellation happens and good chance you may get one.
They have even hosted tor exit nodes and Lux has good latency to Asian locations.

You dont need DMCA ignored, you need something which ignore Trademark too.
Talk to your provider first before getting in

Just buy from BUYVM. They are best. Just order the LUX location with crypto.

This is quite true. My current hosting is on Asia servers but company is US based, so they reacted quick on dmca, even though i aint doing any shady stuff.

Of course. Like I said before, not all companies want to have legal troubles even if they are in Iceland, Antartic etc...

That is the choice of Company if they ignore or not. But with Office in US they will be DMCA friendly (which they rejects websites with DMCA) and shutdown

HostGator, Hostinger and many more (search for EIG company) they don't allow DMCA content in their servers.

But @vigyavan told me to do better my research, but he is the only do did it wrong. And are misleading other members here, with information that is not really true.

Lol, I didnt sent my referral link and asked them to use to join. Its their choice. I am not spoon feeding.

host-stage.net
they have a thread here
have been using their services for years without any major problem
very good customer support

if i used a dmca ignore host, is there a chance that because of dmca ignore i could get removed from the google index?

Did you check on hostadvice? Just browse their DMCA ignored hosting list you will see all DMCA hosting providers with peoples review :) then you can judge easily.

I'm also looking for DMCA ignored hosting, and I got this list: https://offshorehostinglist.com

Hostinger
Hostinger is a joke. I don't know why you mentioned them. I wouldn't even take them for normal hosting, let alone DMCA ignored hosting.
Try Abelohost. I am working with them for the last 5-6 months for a content downloading site. They can even deploy your app by themselves if you want to.
I was a customer of Abelohost, and everything was fine until one day they suspended my service saying I was violating some terms. I contacted their support and they accepted their mistake but said, they couldn't give access to my data as it was deleted. What a joke!

If you are hosting your movie sites on hostinger, then idk how long will you stay lucky. You should know that in case someone wants to pursue further, they can sue you. Most agencies ignore because no one wants to go after third-world countries.

I am with Alexhost for quite some time and I have no complaints so far. I still have a shared hosting plan with Shinjiru, and they ignore DMCA complaints as well.

Talk to their support, you will know :)
Doesnt matter what their support say, their website clearly states they do not allow copyright related content so could take you down at any time
