I've tried a few on here any they just aren't delivering likes in a timely manner. I would like to find someone who is consistent at delivering quick likes as soon as possible. Anyone recommend an excellent vendor at an excellent price!?

Well i also do instagram likes but after recent update from instagram i can do likes slowly , And i will be able to do likes almost instantly after the system is fixed with new update ..
mdaatif2 is my skype profile . 0.5 per k is my price .
I can't say any other provider who is providing likes consistently .

Okay... That sounds like a good price. I'll try you out. PM me some more details about where payment is usually made and where I can contact you, and pay via paypal consistently. I'm looking for an ongoing consistent solution as I build my Instagram. I also have Skype on my iPhone which I like to communicate regularly. Let me know if you can help?
