Anybody got a hosting he offer for that purpose . Some WHM I used suspended the one I bought. So does anybody run a hosting that I can use? Thanks

I would advise to use VPS for blackhat websites... Shared hosting would not last long from most of the providers.

How can I get that? Who can get me a cheap VPS that I can use to host it?

What about domain name? Can they offer that too?

Have a look at providers like AWS, DigitalOcean, SoftLayer, Linode, etc. They all offer affordable, reliable VPS options. Best part is you can easily provision and terminate them as needed.
