I am using Video Spin Blaster to create videos from still images of various sizes. The problem is this: Suppose one wants to do a video that is 640px wide and 360 high. If a photo has roughly those dimensions, it will be ok. If the photo is very narrow, it will be inflated in width, and look very ugly. So what I want to do is run a batch image processing that will turn the pictures into the same size. But if the image is narrow, it should just put the image in the middle, and put black borders around. Most batch image programs I have tried do not work like this. I prefer a tool that runs in Linux, but Windows XP is also ok.
