Looking For Backlink Service For Local Business

Good morning all,

I am looking for an honest backlink service which provides quality backlinks for a local business in Australia. As it is our main business, we can not afford to get penalized from Google for shitty links.

There are hundreds of services out there, but how do I know where they place our link in which context exactly ?

Any suggestions ?

Just want to rank locally. This business is in the beauty industry . Hair, Eyelashes, Spary tan etc.

I am not quite sure with how much I should calculate as the prices for this kind of service vary from $5 for 21823791873 links from Fiver up to $700 for one DA 40+ link.

So after getting a few recommendations I decide it based on their price range if that makes sence ?
