Looking for AWS Account with Daily RDP Setup

Hello everyone,

I'm in need of an AWS account that allows me to create and manage 1500 RDP instances per day, but I only need the instances for 3 hours each day. After using them, I'll delete the instances and purchase another set of 1500 RDPs for the next day.
