Best way to go about it is to invest on available automation tools or just get someone to make a custom software for you. Either way, both options aren't free or cheap, really.

Use dolphin browser and run 10 browser and multiple accounts on it and follow and send dms

If you don't have any prior knowledge then it will take you a lot of time to do it. It is better you hire someone

try some ready made tools from BHW marketplace and than if you think there is something missing in those tools what you need actually you can again search good freelancer here on BHW. You will find I am sure. tons of talented guys here they will now disappoint you.
