Looking for assistance with a WordPress 100 Network Auto Blog

I have a wordpress 100 network Autoblog that I am trying to redesign. I have done a little myself but just taking a lot of time because I do not have a lot of expertise. I would like the new Heat Map Pro theme installed through out the network and the Adsense throughout the site. My goal is to try to get some traffic to this site so I can make some money on adsense or affiliate sales.
