I'm in need of an experienced SEO to help me locate high PR, aged domains in hopes of building the biggest, baddest, PBN out there.

Extra points if you can help set up wordpress, install themes, create content, update site - or any combo of the aforementioned.

Dont undestand why you need Help. Just buy decent domains (fuck pagerank it just make the domains more expensive)
Also only buy domains that are indexed with homepage and have not been long abandoned.
Get lots of hosting accounts. Try to rebuild subpages on PBN websites and dont 404 to homepage like everybody is doing it.
