Looking for affiliate CPA offers without approval

Hello blackhatters,

I'm looking for a CPA network I can get started with quickly that does not require an application where you can just sign up. For example mylikes you can just sign up and they pay you per click you get on sponsored ads you publish.

Anyone know any other networks I can use?

Seriously why would you want to work with a network that does this? The AMs will be hopeless as they deal with the avalanche of complaints and nubs
