If any proof is needed for that we can talk through Skype for example, this is simple to do, I even have an award for it on a CPA forum you maybe know.
There are always issues here and there and right now this comes to adwords, I'm interested in running accounts stable without bans, most of these CPA earnings were done on only one acc and also some other things so I was never in the need to think about making new/more accounts.
