Looking for advice/finding a niche for making money.

in my life it has happened 2 times already, I met random people who gave me advice and my life changed. The first time it was a gambling site in csgo, the second time it was youtube projects. And now again I am looking for a niche that I could enter.

I have a Python developer, a Flutter developer, designers, video editors and a few guys who do odd jobs.

We are ready to thank you for your worthy advice and help. I am waiting for your advice and suggestions.

you already have a solid team with devs designers and editors so you got plenty of options either you start an agency to sell services on upwork/fiverr or you build a project to monetize like a saas or a niche site with affiliate/adsense have you tried ai-generated content automation on youtube or tiktok ? it scales well and can be profitable fast

if the YouTube projects were among something that changed your life, then why not keep doing it? IMO YouTube is still an ultimate online business option in 2025, especially when you have a team of dedicated video editors and other folks ready to commit.

Our production work on one's own, we are looking new projects and niches for diversification
 
Maybe starting a SAAS would be a great idea, as you have developers in your team
 
We are looking into affiliate marketing, but we have no expertise in this area.
Maybe someone looking partners ?

At one point, I tried to solve a similar problem using AI. It gives you a list of questions to answer, and then, based on your answers, it formulates options. Have you tried it?
 
Look into learning to trade the game of football and laying the favorite horses on a bet exchange like Betfair. I am sure a guy like you, can do something with this. You have already demonstrated that you are an action taker by the two times you succeeded. Maybe this will be the third time you are looking for. All is on you now.
