you already have a solid team with devs designers and editors so you got plenty of options either you start an agency to sell services on upwork/fiverr or you build a project to monetize like a saas or a niche site with affiliate/adsense have you tried ai-generated content automation on youtube or tiktok ? it scales well and can be profitable fast

if the YouTube projects were among something that changed your life, then why not keep doing it? IMO YouTube is still an ultimate online business option in 2025, especially when you have a team of dedicated video editors and other folks ready to commit.
