Looking for a YouTube email scraper

I'm looking to grow a list of "YouTuber" emails for email blasts.

I am a moderator on a steam group of over 100k members. We are looking to gather interest in marketing giveaways on the group (the group is giveaway based).

I'm looking for a web scraper that will scrape youtuber emails. I see that youtube has the "make sure you aren't a bot" protocol going on but someone let me know if this is possible.

If you can do this we will pay.
