Looking for a Virtual Assistant familiar with cloaking, html/css/js, wordpress, tracking (Voluum)

First off, please read the entire post to make sure you understand what we're looking for. We're not here to play little kiddie games, we're looking for a serious and *reliable* (that means when we need to reach you, you are HIGHLY available and can get tasks done within 24 hours), as well as knowledgable with html/css/javascript and cloaking.

My team and I are looking to hire a full-time virtual assistant. Pay is negotiable but starting rate will be somewhere in the range of $200-$400 monthly (yes, that means we're not looking for a North American VA who wants $5K per month. Preferably somebody in Philippines or India, that side of the world). We're looking to build a substantial operation relatively quickly so the pay will be increased based on how the operation is doing and the quality of the work

1) Intimately familiar with wordpress, creating a blog with ripped content, familiar with HTML/CSS/Javascript
2) Familiar with the concept of cloaking, safe pages, money pages
3) Previous experience with a cloaker (preferably noipfraud)
4) Familiar with a tracking platform like Voluum, Thrive, or FunnelFlux
