Freelancer is alright as well, but the whole site is a pain in the ass to deal with.

UpWork has the assumption of hourly work before contracted price too, so it's probably best for VA. I've paid a few people by the hour from there before with great results, for my expectations. English won't be a primary language for many.

I've got the details of a girl I used for copy and spintax-writing, PM me if you want the details. I'm sure she has a much wider skill set, but that's what I used her for. I felt bad that I didn't have more work for her, but kinda shifted into a different approach.
