We’re looking for a reasonably affordable full-time VA. The job will consist of providing support for Jarvee
English needs to be native sounding - this is one of the most important things, definitely not looking for anyone that makes spelling mistakes and has a strange word phrasing. You have to have the ability to answer to support questions to the point and actually help the customers, not just reply for the sake of it.
You also have to be reasonably technical so you understand how the software works quickly and can provide good support. This is important in order to understand potential problems that are new and can react accordingly.
Since we aim to have VAs in diffeerent timezones so we cover tickets 24/7 we’ll need you to be somewhere in the GMT+7 - GMT+12 timezone. I am sorry but this is important and we’ll not accept anyone that’s not in between these timezones at this time.
The job is for 8 hours/day Monday to Friday . After the first month and when you’ve learned everything it would be great if you can also do 4 hours /day during the weekend for an extra fee.
One last thing, please apply only if you can do this long term. We’re not looking for a temp, someone that can stay 2-6 months in between other gigs and is always looking to do something else. We need someone that will stay long term!
If you’re interested in this, send me a PM with your pricing details per month and tell me more about your skills with social media and why you would be perfect for the job also let me know where you're from. An accompanying CV is also needed. Remember to let me know where you're from and your age.
This will begin as a one month contract at first, but if the job quality satisfies we will continue to keep the VA employed as we definitely need someone long term.
We will not pay you in advance for a month. A test period will be scheduled and after that salary will be paid every two weeks or monthly, depending on what is agreed upon, should the applicant be successful during the test period.
Should you have any additional questions feel free to reply here on in the PM you send.
Make your PM count, read my post fully and answer to what I asked, a simple " I want it, I am in" without the details I asked for will be disregarded.
