Looking for a username observation tool

Hey guy's,

anybody here with a recommendation for a instagram username observation tool?

What does it need to do:
- If a specific username (defined by me) gets available send a message/email/notification

What would be cool to have:
- If the specific username (defined by me) gets available it automatically registers a account with it
- If it would run as saas it would be nice to have but running on a vps is although working

Any recommendations from the team?
