Looking for a UK programmer

My website is almost created, however, I need a programmer to help me with the next step which is adding an app to the site where the customer only needs to put in their UK car registration details and I would then receive an email with all the car details just from this person putting in the car reg.

Almost all scrap car websites have this installed, but I'm unsure how to do it.

You need any DVLA api ( I have only known and worked with ukvehicledata) for that. I think their API is rest based so you can get their API access and parse JSON and send that to your email. But, they don't do free API requests.
