Looking for a Twitter bot that can retweet from specific accounts!

I want a twitter bot that will make my twitter accounts retweet each others favourites throughout the day.

For example,

10:00
Account A retweets 3 favourites from account B
Account B retweets 3 favourites from account C
Account C retweets 3 favourites from account A

The retweets last 1 hour... then it gets unretweeted and the bot proceeds with a new combination.

11:00
Account C retweets 3 favourites from account B
Account B retweets 3 favourites from account A
Account A retweets 3 favourites from account B

12:00
Account C retweets 3 favourites from account D
Account B retweets 3 favourites from account E
Account A retweets 3 favourites from account F

As you can see at every hour the bot will unretweet from the previous account pairing, and proceed to retweet with the new account combination. I guess I am also in need of a formula or algorithm that will allow the bot to run efficiently.

Thanks for the help guys, if this sort of bot doesn't already exist I would appreciate estimates of how much it would cost to get it made.
