Looking for a Traffic Splitter

I am looking for some recent good tools with analytics or reports for traffic.

All I want is to split the traffic in 50/50 if anyone of you know the list of tools or any tool which is working good for you please mention it, thanks.

What is more important to you? Analytics, reports and fancy screens? Or a perfectly hidden split tool?

Because there are a few tools around, but none of the ones I know delivers everything.
