Hi, can someone recommend a software or service that provides the following services?

• Find and follow users (by keywords in bio...)
• Find and follow a user's followers
• Find and follow a user's following
• Find and follow users discussing a topic (users who posted tweets which has a hashtag or keyword)

Besides http://www.followliker.com. are there any other?
