I have worked with 2-4 seo freelancers and agencies who promise results but are never able to deliver. All they give is spammy or temporary backlinks which has very little or no effects. I want someone really experienced who can rank my wordpress websites. I want him to rank 8-10 keywords. The budget initially would be a constraint but if the site grows it can be negotiated. Just a gut feeling, but I'm sensing that part of the problem might be your Wordpress template itself as well. I'd have somebody do an on-site examination of it and get it optimized. Not me, however, please don't PM me on this. Just a piece of advice.
