looking for a reliable freelancer from odesk or..

other similar sites, someone who knows there way around joomla or drupal, templates, ect .. and has a fast turn around time.. the cheaper the better, anybody mind sharing who they use ? if so please shoot me over a pm it would be highly appreciated.
